The BW Technologis XT-XWHM-Y-NA GasAlertMax XT II 4-gas detector is a portable four-gas monitor that uses an electrochemical cell sensor to detect ambient H2S and carbon monoxide (CO). It is also uses a capillary pore fuel cell to measure oxygen levels and continuously monitors for combustible gases with a catalytic bead sensor. This portable multi-gas detector has audio, visual, and vibration alarms that go off in unison when gases reach any of four preset levels. The visual and optional vibration alarms are used to ensure workers are alerted even in high-noise environments. The integrated diaphragm pump provides atmosphere sampling for more accurate readings than diffusion sensors. This four gas detector features an alphanumeric LCD screen, a single push button operation, and up to 14 hours of battery life.
