The Jackson Safety HSL-100 Passive Series Welding Helmehen is for when you need a basic welding helmet to protect your eyes and head. Featuring the legendary Jackson HSL Shadow helmet shell, the HSL-100 has a narrow shell design that’s perfect for work in tight spaces, and the helmet’s extended front increases throat protection against sparks, slag, and fumes, whether you’re working on mig welding, tig welding or arc welding.
The lightweight design is made for comfort, with a large viewing area (for a clear, unobstructed view of the weld puddle) and padded head strap. The durable shield comes complete with cover plate and a fixed 4.5" x 5.25" shade 10 polycarbonate filter plate. For the cost-conscious welder who’s ready for a terrific starter helmet, the HSL-100 is a smart choice.
HSL-100 Passive Series welding helmet meets ANSI Z87.1 and CAN/CSA Z94.3 standards. Adaptable to upgraded Jackson Safety ADFs such as Insight, NexGen, and TrueSight II and to hard hats using 187-S (Product No. 15968). Choose from a selection of colors and specifications: Black (14975), Black – bulk (15134), Blue (14976), Red (14977), Black with 187 Blades (14978), and Black with 386 Cap Adapter (14973).
